Retailers can access the portal at any time to check order statuses, download marketing materials, and access product data and images.

"It saves us a lot of phone calls, and it is also a big advantage that the retailer can access the system 24/7," Sonneveld explains.

This streamlined communication and operational process reduces manual intervention, allowing the Studio Anneloes team to focus on strategic and operational tasks. The ability to quickly enter orders, generate pick documents, and manage deliveries has greatly improved efficiency and customer satisfaction.

“Sustainability becomes more and more important, and TRIMIT supports that because we can enter a lot of product data and thereby create a digital product passport, which we need to have in 2027. We are already doing that by printing QR codes in our products, and when you scan the QR code, you go to a digital product passport.”
